Trust & control

Your agent.
Your rules.

You decide what Val can use, what it can do and when your team needs to approve. Start with clear limits and review the work together.

Control

You decide what Val can do

Set the products, prices, discounts and tasks Val can work with. Anything outside those limits goes to the right person for approval.

Security

Val gets only the access you choose

Choose the information and systems needed for the job. Agree who can access your data, how it can be used and how long it is kept.

Safety

Know what you’re approving

See the sources, assumptions and open questions behind an offer. Approve the version your customer will receive. If an important detail changes, review it again before acceptance.

See how it works for your business.

Your team

Review real work together

Compare offers with your current process. Check product details, pricing, preparation time and the questions that still need your experts.

Your IT team

Check the setup before connecting

Agree access permissions, data handling and the security review your business needs. Test how the workflow responds to missing information, changed permissions and interruptions.

Stay in control

A clear record. A way to pause.

Accountability

Keep a clear history of the deal

Keep the agreed offer, its approvals and important changes. After acceptance, handle changes through an agreed amendment with the customer.

Your control

Pause the work when you need to

Agree who can pause Val and remove access. Review unfinished work and any commitments already made, then decide how to continue.

Questions from IT? Let’s get specific.

How are permissions and approvals checked?

The deployment plan defines permitted actions and the approval required for each. Checks at the action boundary must apply before an action runs. Approval must match the offer version being sent.

What should our security review cover?

Identity and access, separation of customer data, connected systems, misleading inputs, retention and deletion, incident response and recovery. Agree evidence and acceptance criteria before granting access.

Can workflow access be used for model training?

Model-training permission is a separate decision. Record any permitted use in your agreement before sharing customer records.
